Home must be photo-ready prior to our arrival. Your appointment does not allow time for staging, cleaning, or moving items around. These things should be done before your appointment. It is your responsibility as the agent or owner to make sure the home is in the condition you would like it to be photographed.

Please remove vehicles from the driveway and away from the front of the home before we arrive. Pets should be put in the garage or other hidden area.

Please do not schedule landscaping, pest control, construction, etc. at the time of your appointment.

Photos will be taken at photographer's discretion. If there are specific shots or angles you want to be sure to get, please specify in the additional information section above. We do not shoot garages or other unfinished areas unless requested. We do not shoot interiors of homes currently under construction.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that if you cancel the day of the appointment or we are unable to access the home upon arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
